Notes

1. Pay attention to adding and replacing lubricating oil in time (the lubricating oil grade is the same as that of the transmission)

2. The inner cavity of the power take-off installed under or on the side of the transmission is communicated with the transmission, and there is no need to add lubricating oil separately; but the inner cavity of the power take-off installed at the upper left corner or upper right corner of the front or rear cover shell of the transmission is not communicated with the transmission. , must add lubricating oil separately.

3. For the power take-off with lubricating oil added separately, the oil change period should be shortened to eliminate impurities caused by running-in. In the future, new oil should be added every 500 hours to prevent the lubricating oil from deteriorating.

4. For the newly installed power take-off transmission assembly, the oil change interval should be shortened appropriately to avoid early wear of the power take-off.

Common faults and troubleshooting methods

oil spill

1. Check whether the oil seal or gasket of the oil leakage part is in good condition. If it is damaged, it should be replaced in time

2. Check the glued part of the joint surface. If the local application is uneven, clean the joint and re-glue it.

3. Check whether the fastening bolts are loose

The power take-off cannot be shifted up or out of gear

1. Check the air circuit for air leakage

2. Check whether the set screw is loose or broken

3. Check if the piston set screw is loose

4. Check whether the fork is out of the fork groove

5. Check whether the support spring is damaged or invalid

6. Check whether the dial or meshing sleeve is deformed

7. Check whether the return spring is deformed or invalid

8. Check whether the indicator switch interferes with the piston

9. According to the above inspection, replace parts or take corresponding measures

abnormal noise

1. The gear has serious pitting or broken teeth and needs to be replaced

2. The bearing has serious pitting, needle rollers and rollers are damaged and need to be replaced

3. The hollow shaft fine thread bolts are loose or damaged and need to be re-tightened or replaced

Indicator switch fails

1. The indicator switch terminal is damaged and needs to be replaced

2. The installation position of the indicator light is wrong, so that the ejector rod does not reach the contact point or is in constant contact. It can be treated by adding or removing the pad.

3. The top rod of the indicator light switch is deformed and needs to be replaced
